How to Delete Your Account in the App
- Open Fit Terminal.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.
What Data Is Deleted
- Your cloud account authentication record.
- Your associated cloud fitness data linked to that account, including workouts, workout sessions, habits,
body-weight logs, measurements, custom exercises, and dashboard widget sync records.
What Data May Be Kept
- Local on-device data is not automatically deleted by account deletion and remains on your
device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app.
- Minimal operational logs may be retained for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance for a limited
period.
Alternative Request Method
If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected]
with the subject line Fit Terminal Account Deletion Request and include the email used for your
account.
